Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My mother in law has a home in puerto rico, the deed is in her possesion. Her brother and her nephew have taken it upon themselves to rent out the home and keep the money to themselves. My mother in law plans to sell the home because she hasn't recieved any of that rent money and doesn't have the ability to visit often enough. How would she go about evicting the tenants who never signed a lease?
