Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

my mothers house is in foreclosure but she doesnt live there anymore. there was a guy that was there before when she was and stayed there when she left. he will not get out. what is the cheapest or should i say free way of getting him out?

If you mother's house is in foreclosure - the bank will remove him at the proper time.
