Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

what happens if you move into a house, give landlord first+las+security and a month later there is a disagreement between landlord and renter (landlord wont take any calls). so renter doesnt pay any money because he wants to move out as soon as all moneys are used up that he gave landlord.the landlord files for evictions but cant provide judge with a signed written lease but tenant can provide judge with all the reciepts. who will win the case most likely?

Can't give you an answer. You should be aware l. the landlord is the landlord. 2. YOu are the renter. 3. He owns the house - 4. lease or no lease - verbal is acceptable - he can evict you.
