Move Out Run Around

I questioned status of my deposit I got hit with $1200 in fees after deposit. Property mgmt lost my Oct payment I lost receipt. We came to a settlement Mgmt still being difficult. I look into the Fl Law and they did not contact me in the proper time frame can I still be held resposible for there incapability, unorganization?

Since "you came to a settlement" the fact that you found out more information about the law does not relieve you of the settlement that you negotiated.
