Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I moved in to an apartment in April. When i went to look at it i say the model home and was told that my apartment was going to have the same furnishing in it. i then moved in on the 3 after i was told that my apartment was not done. i did not get my furniture till almost 3 day after moving in and it was not the right pieces. i was led to believe that the was the furniture i was going to have for the rest of my lease. now yesterday i had a knock on my door and was told that my pieces are getting changed out for the original set that i signed too. at this point im now livid. i told the rental company that i do not want they set as i feel like they have not lived up to there end. but they want me to pay for the new furniture even-though i have not and will not receive it . who is in the wrong? and what should i do?

Without reading the lease, no one can answer properly.
Does your lease specify which furnitureyou are to have? They are now willing to provide the correct furniture and you are angry about that? I am a bit confused by your fact pattern. If they are trying to live up to their bargain, you need to let them do that. The fact that you did not have the stuff you wanted for a f ew days, may give you some damages, but no very much.
