Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I moved into an apartment and since I have lived here have been sick due to the excessive amounts of cats spraying outside in the courtyard. (10 plus cats). Is it possible to break a lease due to a situation like this? I am very unhappy with the lack of response to maintenace issues, removal/discontinuation of "complimentary" services (cable), and the pool constantly closed and inaccessible. Is there a way to get out of this place without being evicted?
