Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I moved out of may apartment and recieved a bill stating I need to pay a prorated amout to paint the apartment. The paint in the apartment was a flat paint and didn't wear well. I kept the unit in great condition. My lease didn't say I need to pay to repaint after moving. What is the law concerning this?

If your lease was for a year , then no you are not responsible because normal wear and tear are the landlord's expense.
