Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
i moved here from florida 2 weeks ago and rented a condo that was advertised as pet friendly, spoke with owner of condo and she said pets were welcome so we paid for the condo. now 2 weeks later she has emailed me to say pets are not allowed and per the president of the association we must move. I don't have the ability to do so right now what is my recourse as I feel I was defrauded and mislead.
