Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I am moving into an apartment and they day I went to sign the lease We did and inspection of the apartment, The place was infested with lice and there was a few issues on top of that that needed to be fixed. I went and paid and took care of bombing the lice and cleaning the carpets(which had not been cleaned prior to them looking for renters) I saved the receipts. I am considering looking else where to rent, but, I want to know if I still can get my security deposit back at this point.

You signed the lease? Did you take keys? You took control and exterminated and cleaned the carpets? You likely cannot get out of the lease. Your actions confirmed the contract you executed and your acceptance of the deal.
