Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Naming my name in a letter to other tenants

The president of my home owners association in Boca Raton has named me in a letter to other tenants who I have said are in violation of having too many pets on their property. Is the president of our home owners association allowed to mention me by name in such a letter? I feel offended and wronged that I was pointed out like that without prior notice by the president of our community's board of directors. Is there any action I can take against them for doing this?

You can have a lawyer send a threatening letter and probably get an apology. After that it will be a tough issue with litigation and will depend on what you are willing to pay a lawyer and what result you can get (the amount by which you were damaged in your community..)
