notice given to tenant in event of forclosure to vacate
IF a landlord is in forclosure and continues to collect rent. and does not notify tenants of this. How much time can he give the tenants a notice should the landlord give tenants to vacate the premisis?

if you have a written lease, and are paying rent on time, he cannot evict you.
