Notice to vacate
From May 21,2008 - June 14,2008. I have recvd 4 Notice to vacate which they charge me 35.00 each time they give me one of those. All because I'm not able to pay all late fees at one time.

You don't really ask a question. Many leases have such a fee. It costs the landlord time, money and expense to process notices when people do not pay their rent. Try to work this out directly with the landlord.
