Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Can an Orange County, Florida property manager make up new rules that are not included in a tenant's lease and threaten immediate termination by written notice if they are not followed? Further if the new rule that the property manager made up is not in line with local laws is that against the law, has the property manager broken the law, to have done that? What legal recourse does a tenant have to fight such seemingly unlawful behavior from a property manager?
