owners of rental property liability
i have my home up for sale and the rental home across the street from me has junk, garbage, cinderblocks, etc. on the frontage. they have been warned by the county. can i file suit against the owner for no one will even consider looking at my home to buy.

Call the local zoning people. It probably violates a local ordinance.
