Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I paid a company to help me with my eviction. It ended up being a fraud. Unfortunately I had a 24 hour notice posted on my door yesterday. Can I immediately file for a stay monday? I am not even sure if I have to get out monday or tuesday

Unless you have paid the back rent into the registry of the Court you wont be getting a stay issued by any court. You need to prepare to be out by Monday.
