Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I havent paid my rent in 2 months. i found out that my landlord has not pay the mortage 2 months before he rent to me. i know that i will loose my deposit and i need to move out ASAP but can he come after me for the money that i havent paid?

Yes, of course he can. You have not paid what you promised to pay. Simple beach of contract.
