Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
If a part of a tree fell onto a structure or an automobile in an RV Park, who would be responsible for the limb falling and causing the damage? The owner of the RV Park, or the owner of the automobile or structure?

Probably no one, unless there was some reason for the property owner of the tree to know that it would collapse.
