Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

if a pastor of a church rents a church for over 20 years with a verbal contract ,pays the 50 dollars increese every year on time and the owners of the church want to kick us out of the temple do we have any rights under the florida law

the pastor will have to follow the month to month tenancy laws and evict you. Allowing you to rent his property is a privlege. It does not give you ownership. The owner probably has a better offer for the property. YOu might talk with them about purchasing rather than renting.
