i have a perscription from my physician for needing to have my dog for therapy reasons can my land lord still kick me out of my condo?

Your lease agreement will control this circumstance. Your prescription does not require your landlord to allow for animals, however, it may give you a right to get out of the lease due to impossibility of performance. Seek legal advice
