Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Personal Property
My belongings are at a house that I was recently kicked out of. The home owner will not let me enter to get my belongings. Do I have the right to enter to retrieve my things? Or would the police escort me in to get them?

Re: Personal Property
The police probably won't waste their time to get between this issue, but yo can ask. Write to demand your property. If you are unsuccessful, you can sue for civil theft.
