Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My power was disconnected due to non-payment. I made a payment the same day and was told that the power will be reconnected within 24 hours. We were told to turn the breakers off. When I called the next day FPL informed me the power was restored so I can flip the breakers back on. I called my wife and told her to turn the breaker switches to the on position. A few days later our ac system was not working properly (it wasn't blowing cold air). We informed the landlord and he called an ac guy to come out a couple days later. The ac guy found out after checking everything else that the ac breaker switch wasn't all the way to the on position. My landlord asked me why the breakers were off and I explained to him what happened. A few days later he came to us with a bill for him calling the ac guy to come check the ac when nothing was really wrong with it. Am I responsible for that bill even though the landlord is responsible for the ac?
