Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
pregnant with roomates
I am 4 months pregnant and currently live in 2 bedroom with 2 roomates. Lifestyles are not the same and cannot live with child on the way. 3 persons listed on the lease and roomates do not want to sign roomate release form. I need to move out and need advice.

Re: pregnant with roomates
The best advice is a little late -- you shuld not have gotten pregnant if that would cause housing issues. For now, you have a contract and you are responsible for the lease payments whether you move or not. If you have family, see if you can stay with them. Being pregnant is not a grounds to break a lease.
