Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My previous landlord sent me a letter stating that is will be imposing a claim of $250.00 on my security deposit. Does that mean I get the rest?

without seeing the letter it is hard to tell, but it appears the answer would be yes. if there is a question, just write to him and ask. if you agree, he should issue the balance asap.
