Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I've been having problems with other tenants. I've gone to the landlord and have called the cops numerous times. I've been harassed and threatened. Landlord only offered to move me to another unit. Now, my car is in the shop because my gas line has been cut. I know it was the tenants, but I have no proof of this. I've gone to the landlord and told them how unsafe I felt and nothing has been done to these tenants. I want to break my lease and just move but I don't know the proper channels to where I can get my deposit back and nothe have to pay the remaining 6 months rent

Not likely. Your lease agreement controls. It needs to be reviewed. Your belief without proof is not going to help you. Suggest to the landlord what you want and see if they will agree.
