Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My question is how long do i have to hold on to someones belongings that was staying at my place for a couple of weeks? its been a lil over a month since i have seen the person and i have moved as this person was aware of... i have tried to call several times and the phone is either changed or disconnected...

depends on the goods - send them to the nearest relative C.O.D. with no return address.
