Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

question on a massive mess

I will try and keep this short so please bear with me as I really need some help. My ex-landlord rented me a house in February of 2005, we began to have problems witht he house in August and told her of the roof leaking. By December the roof was still not fixed and I had given her a non-comlience letter stating my intent to withold rent for January. Well January rolls around and she files for eviction. I answer the eviction case with the non-complience letter and a request for a hearing to determine rent. Judge tosses the request for rent determination and defaults the eviction. Landlord does not go throught he process of getting a Writ of Posession, mind you an appeal had been filed by me, and proceeds to change the locks, remove my belongings, and evict me without the Writ. I sue for unlawful eviction. She does nto show for the hearing, case is defaulted in my favor. Landlord files witht he court claiming she was not served when the proof is that she was. Judge grants a new trial. I later find out the house was in violation of housing codes when she rented it to me, bringing up the questions of fraud. We go to court on Tuesday, and I get a letter yesterday showing she now has representation. What to do? Please help
