rasing the monthly rent
our company, has a 3 yr. lease. the new landlord that came in. rasied our monthly payment by 1300.00 dollars. because of taxes. landlord is now making us pay the taxes on the property. Can he change our lease and raise our monthly payment. just like that. we our a small company and can''t afford this.

Only if your lease has a tax escalation clause.
