I received an invalid 7 day notice without cure. Can I get my deposit back??

Not sure what an invalid 7 day notice is. Security deposit requires a notice sent certified mail within 30 days of end of lease. Is that what you are talking about? No cure? What does that mean? Would need more detail to really answer your inquiry.
