Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

After receiving a Final Judgement For Posession (07/30/09--eviction) and the Sheriff posting the Writ of Posession, the tenant decided to pay back rent and August. Now

she's behind in rent for september. Do I have to start the eviction process over again

or can I re-activate the Final judgement from 07/30/09? I heard that there was a form,

to be signed by the tenant, that allows the landlord to reactivate the judgement. Is

that true? Where can I download that form?

If you took rent money after filing an eviction, you have to start the eviction again.
