Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I recently bought a mobile home already established in a park and I just got the title in my name. The old owner now refuses to move out. The agreement was he would move in 2 days. He won't. What can I do? Can I self-evict?

No. You will have to start a legal proceeding to evict.

Give the old owner a three day notice to leave - and if he does not - then file eviction proceedings.
