Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
We recently moved from one apartment to another apartment in the same complex. We owe for damages in the previous apartment. The complex gave us 90 days to pay. We have been making payments but we will not have the debt paid in 90 days. We were just notified that if we don't have the debt paid in the 90 days we will have to vacate our current apartment even if we current on our rent. Can they do this?

They can evict you if you are not current on all rental amounts including the damages.
