Removal of person
Can i be arrested if i do not allow a non-tenant access back into my home? No money nor agreement was made between myself and person staying here

As a general rule, a non-tenant who you do not want on your property is called a tresspasser. Somehow, though, I suspect there are more facts to this issue that have not been disclosed.
