Removing Person from Lease.

I would like to know how to get a person that is part of a failing marriage as well as they have a little one at 18 months old. The person started using illegal drugs and I'm concerned about the couples daughter. My friend son has been hit by his wife in the eye as well. They are both on the lease. My question for your group is: Can my friends son's wife be removed from an already signed year lease?

While you cannot have her name removed from the lease, you may be able to have her evicted, if she is a threat to her neighbors.
