Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Removing a tenant who has no lease

When this new home builder declared bankruptcy, my leaseback ( a model home) and the sublease between me, the builder and the tenant, was voided. the builder did not pay me and the tenant quit paying. The builder emailed me that they intended to reject the lease. I have received no formal notification of this, but they have not paid me as per the master lease. The tenant verbally agreed to pay me and I took a lease to him. He has not signed the lease, nor paid me rent or a deposit. Since he has no lease and the builder told me they intended to reject the lease, can I reject him or evict him?
