Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

We renewed our lease in January with apartment complex in Florida but immediately did not get a copy. Now the office states they can't find our lease. We have asked twice two renew/for a new lease since and they say they would get back to us but nothing. We are paying rent as regular leasees not any extra like a month to month renter. Can we move based on term old lease of 30 days notice, or is a lost lease still valid?

If you renewed, you renewed under the same terms of the original lease. What those terms are may be in dispute, if no one has the original lease.
