Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I am renewing my lease. The owners/management have added an addendum requiring me to purchase renters insurance in amounts of $100,00 liability and whatever I choose for contents at a cost of about $25.00 a month. Of course, they are recommending a company. Is this legal? A prompt answer would be appreciated. Thank you.
