Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

So I rent this commercial property from this property management company. I sign my lease then the next day she tells me that her partner rented it to somebody else a day before that. So what do I do now I also gave her $500 for the first month and $1200 for deposit. She said she will give me back the money but I don't want to give up the property

You can ask for the lease from the other party to show that I was actually signed earlier than yours. Do both individuals have authority to execute on behalf of the management company? You may be out of luck, but maybe not. Hire an attorney if you wish to explore it further.
