We rent a home which the landlord foreclosed after we moved in. The bank has contacted us to pay them direct. We have a question...
Our washing machine broke. We are unable to contact a person from the bank to which we pay our rent to regarding this matter. Are we able to go ahead and get it fixed then deduct the expenses off of our rent?

No. I suggest you contact the person at the bank. They are now the landlord.
