Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I rent a house that is on lease and the lease is up next month the owner said that he wanted to move into the house himself. Or i can stay but he will go up on the rent 50 more dollars. Can he do this?

Unless the lease states otherwise, then yes. If your lease is up the landlord can increase the rent for the next term.
