Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Rent to owning the management company said they didn't receive 3 payments they tried to evict we are disputing this. Months later they found the payments. Can I sue them?

possibly. not enough facts presented. did you pay the rental again? did they charge you fees for the late payments? did you have to hire an attorney to defend yourself? what occurred which cost you money or impacted your rights?
