Rent payment

Rent is due today and I do not have the funds. I lost my job, going through a divorce and have not received unemployment benefits. How should I proceed?

Call your LL and either work out a payment schedule or ask to terminate the lease.

Contact the landlord to see what your options are. It will be up to him about whether to evict you.
