Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

i rent property and have a girl friend that lives with me i have asked her to leave but she says she has no place to go and refuses to leave because she has mail at my address. she pays no rent and does not have a job. i have been taking care of her for six month now. we are not dating anymore but she refuses to leave . i have looked into eviction notices but they are for a person who pays rent and a landlord or property owner. what kind of forms do i need to get rid of her legally.

If your name is on the lease and hers is not then you need to evict her yourself, Give her three day notice. See Landlord/Tenant laws for Florida - it is the same . You are the landlord
