Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Rental contract
Under Florida law, is there any grace period in which a renter can back out of a signed lease (i.e. within 72 hours....)? If so, which statute states that a rental agreement can be terminated, without fee, within a three day period?

No. There is no such law therefore there is none to tell you about. A lease is a valid and binding agreement between the parties.
