Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I have a rental lease and I like to know if I break it, will I pay a penalty for doing so? I have to break it because my husband is disabled and I need the correct accommodations for him in an apartment and where we live now does not have that.

Your written lease agreement controls whether you can do this or not. Have the lease reviewed. Discuss it with the landlord or management company and see what they can do to assist you. Sorry for the medical issues.
