Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Rental with no lease

Girl asked a friend if she could park an RV on her property. Girl has lived there for 6 months. Girl started stealing from friend, and friend asked her to leave. Girl does not receive mail at the address, and her license/ID, does not state this as her address. When filing an eviction notice, what are the statutes in the state of Florida. Would it be 72 hours, or 30 days? Also, girl has not been to the RV in 8 days, what length of time constitues abandonment of the property. The RV is not titled in the girls name, and it has been run to see if it was stolen, and there is no evidence of any name that it is titled to.

Re: Rental with no lease

Give her reasonalble notice and then have it towed. Make sure that she is actually notified. Your post does not indicate if there was any lease agreement and it does not sound like there was.
