Use of rental property
Can the leesee use the residential rental property as Legal Corporate Offices without the permission of the owner of the property?

Re: Use of rental property
Usually a residential lease does not permit commercial uses. Read your lease. If it is merely a mail drop, I doubt you can prevent it.
