Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

When I rented apt / condo I asked repeatedly if pool was heated and assured by landlord AND all members of the board that interviewed me that it was kept at 88 to 89 degrees.

IMPORTANT to me as handicapped and only 5-6 days in pool helps me per rehab at FSU. So not a comfort thing.

Pool is NOT kept at those temperatures, sometimes they turn it off TOTALLY and is down to 5--60's.

My health is suffering. Was told by Therpists and Doctor I should move as HAVE to Do water therapy.

I have no help, no relatives or anyone to help me move. Do not have physical ability to move. Am Elderly with many health problems. Have gained 22 pounds now also due to no pool. Dangerous for me to have this weight.

Do I have any recourse .... ? Guessing on what area of law might help. Elder, Handicapped, Tenant ???

Thank You

Was it put in the lease that the pool would be kept at 88 to 89 degrees at all time? Is it in writing anywhere? This would fall under landlord/tenant law.
