Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I HAVE RENTED A HOME FOR FOUR YEARS NOW. I PAID FOR A CHAIN LINK FENCE TO BE PUT AROUND BACK YARD BECAUSE I HAVE SMall kids and a dog and i live on a main street corner. if the event that i move into a new home that i purchase, can i have the fence moved since i paid for it, or does it have to stay???

Unless you obtain consent to remove from the owner, it is a fixture and must stay.

Under what authority did you put the fence there in the first place? If there is written authorization then that document should be reviewed. Have you checked with the owner of the property, do they want to fencing to remain? I think you need to start with a thorough review of all your paperwork with an attorney and then approach the owner
