Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

i am a renter of a condo. the mgmt office will never talk to me about common concerns, some of which are importan matters. they also tell me that they will talk to owners only and continue to give me a hard time about anything that needs to be done on the premises as far as cleaning and maintenance. the onwers of my unit live out of state. is the mgmt office correct?

Probably. Contact the landlord (the owners that rented the condo to you). Look at the association rules.
