Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I am currently a renter. I signed an agreement with my landlord as a single occupant. I have been living in my residence for about seven years. Two years ago I had a partner move in. I did not disclose this to my landlord (out of state) and have renewed my annual lease under the initial terms. I now would like my partner to move out but have met with absolute refusal. Since my landlord is unaware of this situation my question is how do I get this person to move out?

You don't indicate whether your partner is paying rental or not. If so, then the period basis for the rental will determine how much time you need to end the lease. If 30 day payments, 15 days notice of lease termination is required. If there is no rental you may need to sue the partner for ejectment. Seek legal guidance this is a complicated issue.
